Shanell Jacobs is the Owner and Director of Full Circle Home Care, leading with a mission of Creating Healthcare Solutions for the Community. With over 15 years of experience in early childhood education and more than 7 years in healthcare, she brings a well-rounded, person-centered approach to care.
Shanell founded Full Circle Home Care to go beyond traditional services—focusing on independence, life skills, and meaningful outcomes for seniors, adults, and children. Known for her hands-on leadership and commitment to quality, she has built a team dedicated to compassionate, consistent, and reliable care.
