• Company T‑shirt with pants/capris and company badge. First order must include at least 2 shirts.
• While waiting, wear a plain blue t‑shirt (no rips/logos/phrases)
• Pick up shirts in office or they can be mail.
• Supportive non‑slip shoes required

• Must have credential paperwork update to date.
• Must have training documentation up-to-date.

Photo Requirements

• Plain Background
• Image from top of head to shoulder
• Good lighting

Replacement ID badge fee: $10. Attach a white‑background headshot. This may take 5-7 business days to complete.
